The Project comprises a large scale mixed use residential development on a brownfield site adjacent to Tallaght town centre. The application was lodged through the Strategic Housing Development process and full planning permission for Phase 1 was obtained in April 2019. The Phase 1 development comprises approximately 440 No. apartments and a student accommodation scheme with 400 No. bedspaces.

Tom Phillips + Associates (TPA) acted as planning consultants to Atlas GP Ltd., providing strategic planning advice to the Applicant and Design Team and ensuring the successful preparation and lodgement of the planning application to An Bord Pleanála. TPA are currently working with the design team in the preparation of the Phase 2 planning application which has included carrying out a pre-planning consultation with South Dublin County Council and preparation of the pre-planning consultation request to An Bord Pleanála. The Board granted planning permission for the Phase 1 application on 15^th April 2019.
