Tom Phillips + Associates (TPA) benefits from a wide range of planning experience in both the public and private sectors. Our staff hold a broad range of professional skills, with collective qualifications in town planning, project management, urban design, architecture, landscape architecture, project management, surveying and graphic design. We also have specialists in 3D visualisation and animation. All planning staff are members of the Irish Planning Institute (IPI) and/or the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and regularly attend and present at conferences and events ensuring that we are always fully briefed on latest best practice and regulatory policies.
The Practice is organised so that the workload and output is constantly monitored to ensure that Clients can be assured of a superior service. Our staff are results-driven and motivated to provide a ‘hands-on’, informed and balanced approach in all project. The team is comprised of fully qualified planning professionals, led by senior staff. All staff have strong communication skills and have the ability to distil and identify key issues from the outset of any project.
