The Client sought permission for the development of a biodiesel manufacturing facility, producing up to 25,000 tonnes of biodiesel per annum, and the development of associated process building, tank farm and gas electricity generation unit with heat recovery.

Tom Phillips + Associates (TPA) provided strategic planning advice to the Applicant and Design Team and served as the Agent for the Planning Application. TPA prepared and coordinated a detailed Planning and Environmental Report, provided a peer-review of the Environmental Impact Statement and subsequently prepared a planning application to Meath County Council. Meath County Council issued a grant of permission for the biodiesel manufacturing facility on 28^th May 2018.
